I do not want to go and accuse anyone of any criminal wrongdoing, but with the facts that were presented to me, one of the parties I was dealing with did materially misrepresent events that transpired.

And I called my personal banker ahead of time to tell him what transpired and I would be making a large deposit of CASH.. 

But my personal opinion is we will see at least a moderate correction transpire in the next several years, and buying opportunities will be quite abundant compared to the market today. 

I see three main issues with what transpired:1.

i’d probably lie to them and say I didn’t have a license either just to have him go through the trouble looking like an idiot.On the other hand I’m really not sure what transpired before this.

Welcome Charles ,I think I understand a little what you mean when you describe your investment style , I happen to be partners with a engineer from Chicago who thinks analytically although he is a bit more aggressive I think than yourself , I say this because we really didn't know each other besides outr talks on the phone which transpired through us first meeting on here on Bigger Pockets , so we are now in escrow on our first flip property.
