Welcome Charles ,I think I understand a little what you mean when you describe your investment style , I happen to be partners with a engineer from Chicago who thinks analytically although he is a bit more aggressive I think than yourself , I say this because we really didn't know each other besides outr talks on the phone which transpired through us first meeting on here on Bigger Pockets , so we are now in escrow on our first flip property.
