Thats the wicker, buck town, logan , and now Avondale expansion.

You can list properties all over town but if not many are selling and just become withdrawn or expired those marketing costs can eat a new agent alive.

The fear of renting while out of town is common, but it's easy to overcome, especially when you have friends and a handyman.

The income amounts look to be long-term rental (which they are and came in 30% lower than what the STR average did) and 2. why did the appraiser look at homes 20 miles away to compare to when there are PLENTY of rentals in town...
