It’s been very mixed as far as guests, fishing tournaments, youth sports tournaments, there’s a popular  wedding venue, DC weekend getaways, stopovers for travelers making a long drive, visiting family in the area and even some longer stay traveling employees. 

About 3 years ago I played a 100 dollar poker tournament that won me a seat into a 365 dollar tournament.

I can easily play 8 softball games (3 different teams including weekend tournaments), two rounds of golf and run 40 miles a week.  

I understand wanting to prepare them for the tourney...but stamina and depth are lacking with the schedule.Hopefully they'll show well in the tournament.

I've also seen quite a few youth hockey teams staying there for tournaments held the Harbor Center.

A great welcoming ceremony, a nice dinner, a golf tournament, but most importantly many informational sessions featuring knowledgeable guest speakers.6) Of the real estate and other events that you've attended, what is the one thing that you've liked the most?

A lot of people in this area will rent out their properties at certain times of the year (PGA tournaments) for additional income. 

I am trying to look long term at other events, like the Final Four, or that golf tournament that was here last year.
