Look, I have no idea who Eric is, what type of person he is but I will say after a quick search I saw that he did in fact sell his company for MAJOR $$$ and that he is active in Section 8, no idea if his course is good or garbage but still felt the urge to respond because I am so tired of hearing SCAMMER, find it online to EVERY SINGLE post asking about any course.I don’t think anyone used the word “scammer.”

The crypto can be considered as EMD or down payment, the rest of the transaction will happen just as if you were running a traditional transaction.If a seller is completely against the idea of receiving crypto, you can always use a service like Bitpay to convert the cryptocurrency to cash.Last but not least, I always ask clients... why sell your crypto asset when you use it to secure a loan?
