A given number of “ down votes” and this posting get marked as “ marginal”Plan B… same forum…Based on the market of the property, a live “ investment “ number score will post immediately next to the title… so all you need to do is… look at the title… look at the “ investment rating” score… and decide if you even want to open up the posting.Also enough Retail Deals listed as Whole Sale Deals… and the posting member gets suspended.Three suspensions and the member is blocked.
