Digging deeper it is a legit program, that actually provides other tools and support similar to Rent to Retirement.

I sure have to learn the terminology and implications of certain aspects and im sure I will but it very much helps having such helpful resources as the contributing folks in the forum here.Thank you all for your support!

You can go to a CU or local bank but they want a wad a cash from you for skin in the game and your going to have a rough interest rate.

There were many other questions when I read over the three different term sections that needed agreement to continue with the service, but I never got a response from support on the major noncommercial use clause.Plus, if over 2,600 people are using the product, how many times do you think an agent is going to get messages from various investors through the platform?

As I mentioned before, one of my main reasons for switching was to get connected with Marriott Homes and Villas, so that really narrowed my options down to PMSs that support that integration.
