Posters are given a pretty long leash but anything that resembles advertising, political mayhem, racism, advocating violence, or something similar is likely to be warned or removed.

Only thing it really has going for it is sturdy plaster/ structural integrity.

I spoke with the tenant Saturday and told her that they had 10 days to get they animal in a fenced in area, on a lead line, or only on a leash anytime the animals are outside.

If you have animals, they must be crated, on a leash, or removed from the property during any visit by Landlord or his Agent.

How I have handled issues like this, is I have mentioned to the tenant that they need to call the appropriate authority if someone is breaking a law (leash law for instance).

Keep a tight leash on them if you want paid. 

Both ideas include a more longer lasting fence requiring little to no maintenance, or a more sturdy and decorative fence with maintenance every few years.

Personally, I just love the job diversity and sturdiness of markets like Atlanta.

The property is good structurally (sturdy foundation, good roof, but I will get it inspected), but the inside needs a lot of work.
