I found this to be strange, but whatever. 

I was really hoping I could do something with them.Although, I did run across one very strange situation.

I recently purchased a single family home and we were getting a strange smell from the sink in the master bath.  

"...the price and value to a buyer of a note should reflect some type of pricing for liquidity." is a strange way to approach this deal/the note industry.

Strange.

I also found the Approval Letter to be a bit strange! 

I can find nothing on the property on google, which is strange considering almost all address pop up in Redfin or some other listing site.It's really strange, considering there are 2 normal properties between the two that are listed with exempt status.Another question I have is when the parcel status says deleted.

I want to put something defensible at least, but the motivation to bring down the numbers is strong.They ask strange questions like property book value at beginning and end of year and fair market value at end of tax year.

Strangely enough that only deals with your identification list not what you end up purchasing.
