So we have been thinking that if all else fails with keeping the duplex as a duplex we could turn it into a fully renovated single family and sell as it's in a spectacular neighbourhood.    

Four stories with great views of the Ionian Sea in front and coastline, and Mount Etna in the back.  

It is especially spectacular in the fall. 

And it's certainly not down to those who simply retire as both coastlines can boast a large population in that repect. 

The both of you did a spectacular job in finishing this property. 

If there is anything about the business you want to know then just shout it out in the forums the people here are spectacular.  

I mean I have a new build in Oregon on the coast that is spectacular and its been 45 days.. what's with that LOL... however my fix and flips in Texas have all sold within 30 days generally but some are taking a little longer..

Just make sure it's a good one, it does not have to be spectacular.

When I opened the front door and saw the newly installed floors I was delighted because they looked spectacular.

So sweet the chances are one in a million, but next week I'm taking a stroll down the coastline posting signs EVERYWHERE, just in hopes to catch that summertime beach rehab.
