If you push on the sheetrock/drywall and its solid, its surface stuff.... if its soft at all, then its more than surface and the drywall needs to come out and the real reason for the mold needs to be figured out.Based on pictures, its looks solid, but pictures can be deceiving.If its surface, its all about moisture and ventilation.

But otherwise, a room just needs new sheets (we have extras ready to go) and towels, snacks, and then we quickly wipe and spray everything down, vacuum (doesn't always need it after every single stay) and we are out.

@Allan Wu take into consideration that tenants are not going to be as careful as you would be, so make sure your lease states no flushable wipes, paper towels, feminine products, etc., that easily clog and that they’re responsible for repair if used.

Run a soft credit report and not a hard credit report; the soft report will not affect your credit and we can still analyze your scenario and properly advise.
