.#2 is the deal really going to work if you are a wholesaler. 70% of the wholesale deals that make it to title won't close....so are you going to be in the 70% or the 30%.#3 how the deal is structured....do you have skin in the deal and have integrity, or are you going to take my money and run if you end up being in the 70%.
