If you are not under contract, doesn't sound like you are, I suggest you get your own agent, it won't make the day for that listing agent, but sounds like you aren't up on this dual agency relationship and might be better served with your own agent.State law requires agents to default to these positions, it is recognized that a servant can not serve two masters equally, so an agent becomes a facilitator without representing you.
