I think we also have to separate agents posting on BP and people who pay to get featured as an agent on BP, not that they are much different.In the end, the best agents are the ones who provide the most value to the clients and know the most about their markets.

When a seller lists their property, they often agree to compensate the buyer's agent separately, though the exact terms depend on the offer made.

Plus the fact that hotels can not offer a separate unit/with a full kitchen/a laundry/a back yard/ parking/etc......  

When ADU is complete, rent it or move in and remodel main house.After a few years, I think it is highly likely (again wouldn’t count on it, but would leave the possibility open) that CO allows and encourages those who build ADUs to subdivide their properties so that more people can own their homes.sell the ADU and main house separately, benefit from enormous upside.

@Sergio P Ramos, what about moving the house to a corner of the lot and subdividing off a small parcel for this home and selling it separately of the rest of the land.

The sale of the business would be separate. 

Unless the LLC clearly has members that are separate from teh manager.
