I am not sure if the market is saturated and Covid home prices have made returns difficult or if I am looking at this incorrectly.

The build to sell duplex market is some what saturated in certain areas of Houston causing a real problem for people using lenders to fund their projects.

A few areas I’ve heard are challenges are finding cleaners, increased regulation, and over saturation of the markets… STR managers and owners would you say that one of these is the case or something else?
