My question is… do I look in the same area Akron for my next deal?

Hi Everyone, I have a very general question in regards to commercial real estate.

"Equity shrinks pretty quickly when you sell".Thirdly, anybody tooting their own horn wants something from you . . . your money.Now, since I have 10,000,000 houses and $100,000,000,000 in equity, I can verify this is true.Seriously folks, question everything in life and you'll love me for learning that principal.You may ask, is the person answering my post an expert and is their opinion good?

They are inherently riskier loans so it takes a baseline level of trust, or legal protections, to ensure that the Gap lender in question is protected because being in subordinate position on title means that if it gets sold for less (via bankruptcy or any number of proceedings), you are more likely to lose your money.You also need to make sure that your primary mortgage holder on the deal is okay with there being a Gap funder.

🫣This doesn’t answer your question directly, but the whole concept is very close to the old time “rooming house”.  

There you will be asked your criteria and then after answering a few questions you will be matched with 3-5 agents or loan officers in your area.
