I was thinking this might work on my property in Redding and can be adapted to a shared housing project for seniors (though I'd want rooms large enough for bed, bath and seating area)  It's my understanding that it is considered a SFR with seperated bedrooms as far as planning.

You need a goal first. 

It requires hard work, strategy, and a willingness to take on projects others might overlook.

At the moment I am still at my W2 job but hoping in time to move full time in RE that being as Broker, FT PM,  and project manager for investor who are looking for support managing rehabs. 

Hi @Chris CoreHouse hacking can be a great long-term strategy, but if it’s not aligning with your goals right now, there are other ways to get started! 

You most certainly are starting on the right foot, and have reachable goals set. 

My cost wont necessarily be the same or comparable as I GC my own projects and have trade skills.
