If 1 of your neighbors does not want to buy, you may have a problem as 1 would equate to 25% of the occupants.Now all of this is true and accurate from my experience having done this in the city - BUT, I never tried with less than 16 units.

We are applying for the new California Rebates on Adding Electric vehicle Charging to our Garages this attracts higher-income tenants and solves the old Gas problem as it cost a tenant only $3 per day for a 300-mile charge lots of Tesla owners are happy to pay and extra $50 in rent to have the circuits already installed. a tenant with a large gas-guzzling truck that costs them $120 to fill up twice a week will not likely be able to afford the rent. plus with the new $8,000 Rebate on buying an Electric Vehicle, i only want upwardly mobile tenants. https://www.sce.com/evbusiness...
