I personally never look at BP on my phone or the app on my phone but i just checked it and its still there it brings up the forum threads maybe BC I already had it ? 

@Johnny McKeonI'm not a CPA but my experience says, yes, you probably can.To avoid confusion it is helpful to separate out the concepts.REPS - Roughly, the requirements are minimum 750 hours active in real estate and those hours must exceed any hours in a non-real estate job.  

Hey @Scott Chauncey, for the 2 SMLLCs, as long as they are disregarded to your personal tax return you can have them within the same QBO.

To me personally as well I found it was more important for what I do to cultivate commerical bankers and those relationships so I could get access to bank rate capital and lots of it !!

How was the experience?

Fewer still actually show-up to deliver the value in-person. 

Thankfully, no one was injured, but had I not been so fortunate, I would have faced serious financial risk without the protection of an LLC.Based on my experience working with many clients who have been involved in lawsuits, I can confidently say that LLCs work.
