@Manch Hon  you're right that SF has plenty of expensive destination restaurants, but that's not what I usually patronize.

They so far are just restricting the number of patrons inside. 

You would drastically limit the potential tenants you could lease to, Not sure what Illinois law says, but in WI is a property owner restricts firearms at their property , they take on the responsibility of security of the patrons, so if an assailant forcibly raped a tenant at the building,  and was unable to protect themselves due to a firearm restriction, the property owner may have liability.

I guess I got the idea from other local area businesses (mainly bars) that have done the same thing - anytime a patron is caught on security cameras doing something egregious and causing damages they will post it out on social media - usually the person is quickly identified and they end up making amends and paying for the damages.All I'm seeking is our money back without having to lose half of it to a collections agency and secondly for him to knock his bullying off. 

Particularly where health, safety, and welfare -- and the ability to patronize bars and restaurants has nothing to do with health, safety, or welfare -- is involved.Just like states are within their rights to ban snake handling in churches, even though religious practice is protected by the First Amendment.

So they only patronize the locally owned restaurants.  

He's looking for $10,000.Funny thing is, he continued patronizing my business.

Rather than diss a strategy like sub-dividing, which is most of what I do, or rezoning as "too hard," he and his guests present the facts in a non-patronizing fashion and let you decide based on your circumstances whether this or that particular wrinkle to the land business might be for you.

Deals can be had in Denver, you just have to look.Can you leverage your patrons to help you find a place?
