Be patient.

Thanks in advance for patiently answering my question.PS: I don't have a CPA, and I'm in the process of getting one, but I wanted to get a frame of reference so I can roughly compare notes with anything my future CPA would propose.

Plus, you can't go after the insurance company for extra cleaning fees or stuff you can't prove to their satisfaction.

If you know you average booking lead time you can be more, knowledgeable about when to make adjustments or when to be patient.

I bought a property on the county auction site however the satisfaction of mortgage that was recorded now is found to be not legit, forged  and never paid off.
