I have a very simplistic understanding of stocks to buy low and sell high, would like to know more about P/E, dividends, etc. that make a worthwhile purchase.

For curiosity, here's the distribution of the 35 cities they listed: 4 BC, 2 AB, 2 SK, 1 MB, 15 ON, 6 QC, 2 NB, 1 NS, 1 PE, 1 NL22 have avg prices over $300K, including 6 that $500K-$1 million and one over $1 million. 

A quick-and-dirty valuation of 16X earnings (average P-E ratio of U.S. stocks) would put the value at nearly $1MM.

Historically the stock market is “expensive” currently based on PE ratio, but it’s still lower than 1999/ tech bubble days.The market will not see a measurable crunch for several reasons.

Or an inspector who had PE (engineer) credentials.

Hello,As we continue to complete flips in South NJ, I would like to find a contractor who has strong PE relationships, or one in house, and has experience removing/creating structural elements (walls, beams, etc).

PE is the right place to ask your questions about REI.
