Short term it creates more anxiety but long term I am confident its the wiser choice.

One thing that helped keep anxiety levels lower than usual is the fact that Ann Arbor is an incredibly strong/stable market, so if everything went south we would've had no qualms about holding on to the property long term. 

I decided to take matters into my own hands and purchase a list from listsource in order to create my own deal.However the list i got were SFH and now its been two weeks and they are trying to correct the issue as i wanted MULTI-FAMILY  real estate.At this point I feel the world is against me and nothing is popping up on the market.And  i know its a sellers marker currently but the anxiety is crazy as i need to find a place prior to my lease running out.Is there any other avenue i am not trying to create a deal or find one?

Need some guidance here as I am getting a little out of state first time anxiety buying fears. 

I am considering using a property manager for the renewal next year since this stuff causes me anxiety and trying to be a people pleaser is not good business.

You will control the asset and not have constant quotes giving you anxiety.

Preferably a beach community from San Diego up to Santa Monica, Orange County most preferred I think just because I could at least drive by it when the anxiety demands it.

Allow the tenant to hold your property hostage due to her anxieties...okay - not an option.Do over on 3. 

I work in the healthcare field, but am only two years in and am finding that having other people's health in my hands is causing me mass anxiety (but due to high student loan debt, I feel stuck). 

This time although I felt ambushed and some mental anxiety, I feel secure knowing the last 4 years I had prepared for this season.
