Now that I have the REI mindset, I often think about how we can help these great Americans offload unwanted homes through creative approaches.

@Joe G.The thought is buying unwanted gift cards through clearing houses, like ABC Gift Cards for example.

This county is full of property owners who want to convert their unwanted rural acreage into cash.

Most charities are in fact businesses.Off the subject, doing charity work with an organisation is good but helping people in need directly is more germane.  

There are most likely charitable organisations in your area that can assist you in this endeavor as opposed to investors.Charity and business are at opposite ends of the spectrum.
