So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

You can typically change the way the entity works - may or may not make a tax difference, but you're only 6 months in so I imagine you're showing a paper loss anyways? 

Look at buying my first investment property (probably a house in the 100-150k range) and begin looking for a tennant.I can imagine there a lot of different theories/ideas with what one could do here--I am just curious to see what other people think.

I did a search on the forums and insurance seems like it could be a major problem.I have houses in two different LLC’s in Texas and insurance is not an issue at all.

It might be payment notices are going to a different address and it is simply overlooked. 

However, other factors will matter, and the rates of taxation are different for different components of this Step 3 result.

People like trying different cities now and like to test if they like it.So many reasons people will probably do more of this in the future.

There aren't many co-ops in Southern California, mostly in LA or a senior community in Orange County, but there's not much of a discount between condos and co-ops - at most, 10%.What is your source of the 10% difference data?
