A qualified retirement plan, such as the eQRP are the preferred vehicle for our investors.

My umbrella policy is far greater than what most people need and far more costly but it is distributed across all my units and includes a fleet of vehicles and other toys.  

These measures will not only improve the quality of life for residents but also reduce the dependence on cars, which is particularly important for those without access to private vehicles.

We all mitigate risk in our investments and returns are very much risk related as we know so for MF deals to be paying what had been very high returns the investors need to understand your taking some risk compared to other investment vehicles. 

Identify the vehicles in the parking according to the units. 

I would definitely consider house hacking again but since we just bought out dream little piece of land to park our movable tiny house its definitely not my first thought. 

That being said STR is still a great investment vehicle, but more stringent and conservative underwriting should be adhered to.

They indulged in luxurious residences, high-end vehicles, and extravagant vacations, all while their investors faced mounting financial losses.

It is important that my umbrella policy cover vehicles for reasons that are not important.  

They are really good and once/twice even suggested finance vehicles I had not considered that saved me money.
