Moral of story - don't stretch the truth on mortgage applications.

I and the seller agree - if it was agreed to - then it is fairly simple on a moral/ethical ground - that the buyer deserves the warranty.

Moral of the story and a follow up question: I got a good laugh out of it as a newbie, that my first letter was sent to a real estate lawyer.

@Cristian Aviles-Morales If you don't mind me asking, when you went through the VA Loan process, did you utilize a co-borrower or were you able to reflect your own income?

I’m a wholesaler with a real estate license... but I also have ethics and morals so I guess I’m not a wholesaler after all.
