This antisemitism, more than anything, is what's driving these lies that all landlords are super fat, greedy misers flush with cash and therefore, it's okay to strip landlords of their rights.

Once the veil is lifted, you'll pursue an eviction for non-pay UNLESS you want to work out a contract now.Once you get a judgment, it'll be like Les Miserables where the guy stole the loaf of bread - It haunted him for 40 years.

Especially considering that Boomers have miserably little equity in their homes (some $50-60k at the median).

@Mallikarjun Reddy Pateel thanks for the question...curious to see some responses.My prediction with these virtual management companies is they evolve to control the industry, or fail miserably and take all their clients out of the investment industry when they fail...they are reactive management, and that is recipe for disaster...who is walking the property every quarter to make sure the gutters are not clogged and backing up into the basement, destroying the foundation...or interviewing tenants, and keeping rental increases regular...are they actually addressing tenant needs?

I can't imagine living in my home with a non-paying resident...that would be miserable (and dangerous).

I experienced what ripping up multiple floor layers was like.....miserable.
