This is a headache, but more of a tension headache than an actual migraine. 

If you have no money, no skill, no opportunity, but plenty of time - you still bring nothing to the table.Offer some value to someone in some meaningful way; then they will likely be happy to reciprocate with one of the other necessary parts and you can start looking for the opportunity and be ready to strike! 

The option also has a "Strike Price" and a date.

Imagine that they strike a deal with the next-door neighbor for an exchange - "you can use my pool if you fill my pool from your hose, with your landlord's money!"  

I would prefer to find a way to put my marketing dollars toward one brand, neither company name strikes me as perfectly all encompassing though.
