LOL... been around these since the early 80's and have seen my share melt downs. 

Anyone else know the melting temperature of the gusset plate that holds the truss roof together over your family's heads? 

If the outside of your place looks run down people won't come in so make sure you spruce it up as the snow melts..

But no life moves on sales are made you make the best decisions you can at the time.in hind sight I was semi retired in 06 ish I should have cashed in.. and called it a day.. but now I grew and grew right into the great GFC and proceeded to get my @@@ handed to me and am back at work.. lost a decade or more of work in that little melt down.. so at the end of the day what they can't take is your knowledge and I knew if I could do it before I can do it again.. and life is back on a more even keep now.. its actually a good time for most.

I was hit hard by the real estate melt down, I live with my parents and made $28,000 last year.

So, all this snow and ice will be melting.

We had to immediately install 27 Lally columns in one multi-family.I found wires spiced from a basement light, completely burned and melted going to an apartment!

They are not due ANY of that value.I do not think selling on reasonable pro formas caused many of the real estate melt down problems.

If it is pretty steady (possibly growing worse) then I would try shutting off water supplies to see if that helps narrow it down.Have you ruled out weather (rain/ melting snow)?
