@Jordan YarbroughYes I've taken the state exam and this is the school that helped me get started: http://www.accreditedncschools.com/Or you could try Sierra College or Folsom community college for your real estate classes as a pre-requisite to take the exam.Should you select Accredited schools you should be ready to take the exam before the year is out or sooner.Good luck....

Hi Sierra,I am no expert and have not made my first investment yet but I do know that you need to check the zoning as well as laws concerning adding an ADU for a property with your city/county/state etc.
