Fortunately, my attorney had previously filed and successfully pursued lawsuits for frivolous actions and once these attorneys became cognizant that we would file such against THEM personally they withdrew the suits against myself.

Rather than tearing down everyone, I’d rather focus on how different teaching styles and strategies might suit different investors' needs.When someone consistently promotes one product while criticizing others they haven't tried, it undermines the trust and authenticity that makes this forum valuable.I'm not trying to create conflict here, but as someone who has learned a lot from different educators in the land investing space, it is concerning when I see someone posting carefully disguised spam and trying to make it look like an unbiased review.

Wow yes I feel like I'm hearing first-hand how wrong it could go, but I have a few questions and concerns if my standards will follow suit of the unlucky investors:-For sure I would want to work with Class A or B rentals (I had a property 5 min from my home and the tenant was HORRIBLE, so a reliable renter is CRUCIAL), but not sure if my price range would find such a tenant.

I would be hiring an attorney to be first in line for any distributions that do come as it's literally first come first serve for people that file suits and obtain judgement first.
