The deals for the packages are too good to be true and include park entrances so makes it so much cheaper for families.What i would say is take a vacation yourself, and check out all the areas.In terms of real estate licence, many brokers are recruiting right now.

It was 1 page and consisted of me giving my name, address, phone number, licence number (thank god they didn’t ask for SSN), employer, monthly income and the loan amount I was requesting.  

You'll make all the connections you need in person there. 2) Most realtors who are also investors that I know will speak of just as many cons to having a licence as pros of having such.

Also, you'll want to check with the local regulators about licencing and other requirements 

I have done some research and I am thinking about getting my Real Estate Licence.

As far as licencing, becoming a realtor is not the answer, if you are brokering technically you should be taking ownership in the chain in the transaction.   

@Steven Pressey  Ask the HOA for documentation to show that the therapists has to be in state and not just licenced in state.

I guess I can just try to run his check with the Mexico drivers licence and the SS provided and see what happens.

Since I am personally at risk of loosing almost 6 figures on this, I think the biggest lesson I am learning is that licenced and reputable companies are just as easily tricked as novice investors.
