@Jodi Adams I see it is your first post so welcome to BP.I am not sure there is a legitimate tax sale trainer that is a national player.

Why do you think the SEC is investigating this if it was all perfectly legitimate?

Whether those laws should they apply in instances when the buyer/tenant does not come from another state could be a legitimate point of contention for a court I suppose.

It would be one thing to advise someone on a topic and then it would be a completely different thing to give advice.......if you're going to chastise someone for asking a legitimate question at least run spell check before you give your enlightening response.

He does have a Linkedin profile so I assumed he was legitimate, however I now suspect he is running a scam, trying to get more money out of me.
