That's disappointing, I'm here to learn and would happily pay for it if I used it extensively.

The vast majority of BP members really dont know anything about how lending really works but are here to learn with many more asking questions about how to be a lender..

I can't see what you would need a course to teach you that you can't learn by reading 30 Day Stay; listening to the BP podcast episodes with Sarah Weaver, Zeona McIntyre, and Jesse Vasquez; and hanging out in MTR forums/Facebook groups.

A duplex could be a great compromise that lets you start small, build equity, and learn the ropes while mitigating some of the financial risks.

Maybe his investing style is just way more passive?
