. :)Account Closed  and Minh probably knows this one.. our core group of foreclosure buyers here in PDX we were pretty tight knit even though we competed.. and if a guy was short on something he really had IE he had checks for something that did not go.. but needed funds for another it was nothing for us to hand over 100 to 300k cashiers checks to let them buy it then meet them at their bank and get repaid... and maybe they buy me a beer for doing that.

I own a plumbing business and spend very little on advertising.Facebook is a great place to market to specific demographics. living in a tight knit community, theres alot of local private groups where people are always asking for contractors.

Nice close-knit block; the type where folks will move in and stay for several years and watch out for one another. 

Other than real estate we love to travel, (almost hit all 50 states with the kids), she is into textiles (knitting, sewing, weaving, spinning) and I’m an airplane/helicopter mechanic, photographer, and do a bit of sewing myself. 

I come from a close knit family, and am first generation born here in the US. 

With that comes a tight-knit community of people who are doing deals, learning from each other, and collaborating together in various ways.

It's like a tight-knit family where we support each other, and it goes beyond just business.

We are a tight-knit group and we work together to make money on our deals.

Usually owners in historic districts are close knit and are willing to help.
