@Amber Imasuen here is the menu you asked for:1) when I spec built in tear down areas (that sounds like what you got) I (and many other area builders)  would offer lot sellers an opportunity to use their lot as a trade on in buying one of my spec homes.

Then, you can't expect a management company to visit your properties as often as you would and I found almost every tenant was destroying my home with pets and one tenant was literally running a dog kennel inside my home.I am not saying property management companies are bad because I get a lot of hate mail every time I tell the pros and cons.
