I have until Sept 18 to dispute the charges so for now we are doing more investigation, but I'm still highly skeptical at this point.

I would encourage you to investigating some of the deals that have sold and learn how those folks are making them work in your market.

Many gas stations have replaced tanks over the years without the kind of thorough investigation that is now required.

I always try to investigate what these guys are saying, because I know a lot of this is very difficult and well if it wasn't it would not yield such high rewards for doing it properly and successfully.

Issue is they don’t know who the lien holder is so they have to investigate.
