I agree with @Jonathan Greene in terms of having a specific buy box - size, condition, and type of properties you wish to focus on.

While it is justified or not, the market has changed in terms of expectations too. 

In terms of the overall real estate market for 2025, I believe it will continue to remain very strong.

But just in terms of my face not changing when someone is too warm and wants to run the a/c or drop the temperature... its been fantastic.

There's potentially a domino effect in the event of an unforeseen major expense exceeding my reserves (mainly thinking in terms of natural disasters) affecting my whole portfolio.  

Does $1 invested in Bitcoin (because let's be real, we compute our returns in terms of DOLLARS invested and then returned in a future state, not in terms of Bitcoins invested now and returned in a future state) return MORE than $1 invested in real estate, stocks, bonds etc? 

But in terms of softening home prices how would that help?

Just a little bit of time down the road would give you so much more in terms of planning and research.  

Other campsites are truly primitive with no amenities at all in terms of water/power/sewer.
