There are a lot of influencers, courses, and coaches out there who only want to make money by selling subpar information that doesn't help people.Please let me know if you have any experience or information on this particular program or a better program or coach.

I would say the condition and age of the property would have a lot of sway in your decision for whether or not it's worth it.
