If you'll indulge me another question - Would we need a business entity to clarify that or could we do it as sole proprietors?

Hello again all,This is my second post and I thought maybe all of you out there might be willing to indulge me in a bit of fantasy.

(I'm sure you guys will give me some ideas on what to look into, as well creative ways around this, and I can't wait to hear them)I am located in the Southern California market which is expensive but doable, I will have to look around for deals and things that make sense like properties out in the dessert etc.I am looking for some advice, and pointers on where to find some resources and where to start.

My last inquiry, if you are willing to indulge me, is to have you expand upon your statement regarding "....HML competition in my area..."  

I want to indulge my impulses to travel and work on new projects.I want to live my life the way I want to live it!

You still need to allow for small indulgences so it isn't so detrimental to your lifestyle.  

I just don't want to make a mistakenly self-indulgent purchase and remove some long term financial flexibility for myself in the future. 

Hi Bradley,First off, thank you for your service.Sounds like a great project, and I'm psyched more people are actually getting started with their build instead of indulging in endless rhetoric.A couple things, unless your area of Texas is unique, container homes are treated like normal stick-built homes.

The Law Enforcement searched the whole property, but did not find them.Took some desserts into the Sheriffs department today, plus a raw steak for the dog.

The exact amount of the tax varies, but wages will always to low compared to the cost-of-living because that is the price paid to live where people want to vacation, where the weather is as good as anywhere in the US, where you can be in the beach, mountains, and dessert in the same day, where there are world class attractions like the zoo, safari park, Sea World, Legoland, etc., where it is so difficult to increase the supply.
