This is just an example of one of the immense yet ignored opportunities throughout the field of caring for the elderly.

What I haven't figured out how to do is get it to return a search query to give me an easy list to look at of what days I've visited them which I think would be immensely helpful.

@Rob BiancoAs someone who is also in NY and is an active out of state investor, I can tell you that meeting other investors who have successfully invested out of state will help you immensely. 

They were also incredibly quick and responsive in the application process, showing immense interest in the unit.
