Can't imagine how it would cost 6k for only 4 rentals unless you have other businesses, and each one is in a different LLC...but also not sure. 

I'd also imagine there is likely a way to get the land "data center build ready" for lack of whatever the technical term is,  and then sell that if you didn't want to do the full build.   

Could you imagine having a bunch of STRs in Dallas and then the city randomly pulling the rug out from you?

I can't imagine the logic of sitting there and reject it all when they have been doing what I want to successfully for years. 

For example, I know a lady in my local market that is very successful in the land business and has developed a niche that cashflows very nicely, without a lot of stress, as she puts it though I can't imagine how that is possible. 

but generally - new accounting and property tracking softwares fall short in one of two places: 1) they don't actually generate financial statements that a CPA or Lender will approve, or 2) They can, but the learning curve is so steep or convoluted it's impossible for you to get help if/when you need it (I imagine this is why this thread is a little slow right now)Have you asked your accountant what they think will work best?
