With no money and not even knowing a word of English, never claimed unemployment, built an empire of rental properties and all that in 20 years time, he came in 1974 not 1774 so going off on a rampage all of this real estate dreams can be accomplished but with the ideas of the free world the USA has that but for the last few years a lot of bad ideology is coming in to our country thinking it’s a good thing. 

I think throughout time popular demographics have pushed the idea that Rich people and hierarchy is equal to oppression  also the push of Oligarchy, and that ideology have grown drastically in the past few years and emphasize harder with radical left movements .

Hey, it's Oregon- we embrace Communism... and government power has become concentrated in this ideology.

And that's my ideology as well haha: "Tomorrow you will wish you have started today".

Just be weary that RE is much more long term and I have found that many finance ideologies do not transfer directly to real estate.

Should we scrap the buy and hold ideology?

If I remember correctly the author studied a bunch of successful people and comments on their shared traits and ideologies.

I know for many of us real estate falls under that same ideology.

It almost seems like it's a wanna be progressive city, but can't quite reconcile it's conservative roots with liberal ideology.  

Does anyone have a script or ideology when it comes to this?
