You could be driving your car, owned by your LLC, get in a car accident, horribly injure somebody, then hire somebody like me to show that you made a substantial deviation while driving from the scope of your employment, hence personally liable.

I did a quick Google search, and unfortunately it looks like the woman who started this thread (about 5 years ago), Ember Meadows, 34, of Galloway, OH, passed away on March 3, 2016 in a horrible car accident on the freeway.
