I bought a dining room set, dishes, kitchen table set, glasses, candles, chair, table, some lamps, area rug etc. in the past.Just did a big rehab and decided to hire a professional stager/designer and she rented furniture for a 4 bedroom house.

I'm picturing purple velvet robes, in a castle somewhere with candles and monks singing Gregorian chants as background music.And of course the stock options, ping pong tables in the BP lounge, and free beer Fridays are nice perks too.

An areomatic candle is nice, apple pie of some such in the kitchen.Turn the music off when someone comes in, you'll be listening to Bach and they may hate Bach.

I have my walls painted a nice neutral color that's easy to retouch.Regardless of who asks, you'll end up with nail holes in the wall and likely some dirt/candle fume/a few dents and dings.
