It's time for Ribeye on the grill!

I had a busy day with having my truck serviced at a local toyota dealership, stopped by the post office to mail some items from title and cleaned my grill in preparation for the upcoming summer season. 

I had to grill in that in my head.

I know there are at least 5 there as they called me last night wanting to know how the grill works.

After those two deals, I think I owe my realtor and his wife a gift card for a steak dinner!

Focus on listings while visiting potential homes (duplexes and multi units)  also check the MLS for homes sold 3 to 7 months ago and call the agents about the deals and grill them, most will be glad to talk.

And those that had 500k to 2 million worth of standing timber they got  Salmon  ( Fresh and Smoked that my partner caught on his ranch on the Oregon coast) Elk steaks and jerky from the Elk he kills every year.. those little treats  make us literally millions of dollars in log revenue and net profits over the years..

I’m sure people that are going to the grocery stores have to decide between steak and ramen at this point anyway.
