I work 2 (soon to be 3 jobs), live at home, attend college, have 20 grand saved up on top of stocks and an IRA.

You could promise a certain amount of closing costs then take a few grand off at closing.

It might be anywhere in the country but right now are interested in areas our kids and grand kids are in.

I currently own properties in Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Kalamazoo.

I am a real estate agent, I work closely with wholesalers, and do syndications here in the Rio Grande Valley.

But in the grand scheme of things, if they WERE bad people and did that, or if someone else found the key and was checking the mail, that could certainly come back to bite me (say future tenants suspect someone is ruffling through their mail only to find prior tenants are coming back because they found the mail key when they moved or had it all along, etc).

And I think they learned mainly from the land geek guys or Jack Bosch those programs are worth the couple grand they charge.

Prior to this new surcharge by the HOA, we currently pay CO General Sales & Use Tax of 2.9%, Grand County General Sales & Use Tax of 1.3%, Grand County Accommodations Tax of 1.8%, and Granby City General Sales & Use Tax of 4%.
