Are you wanting buy SF properties for yourself or just wholesale them?

Hey all, as the title states I'm brand new to the real estate game and I'm looking to find people in the area who are willing to loosely guide/teach me how to wholesale/flip properties.Are there any networking events in the area I'd be able to connect with?

To deepen my understanding, I've also picked up David Greene’s book on the topic.I genuinely look forward to connecting with seasoned investors in this community and learning from their real-life experiences.

I have found a wholesaler where I can get as many as I want for nothing.

I wanted to learn to wholesale so I went out and found myself a successful investor group.

You will need to vet out a few agents or you can work with reputable wholesalers.

Here is the wholesale rate range at 85% loan to value.  300K purchase price using Jacksonville as the property's city. 

You may be better off trying to connect with some agents or other investors/wholesalers in your area and try and get off-market leads sent to you.
