With a 30 year you can always add extra in your flush times to reduce the time of repayment at your option.

Replacing toilets with 1.6 gal (not the cheapest ones, you can get good ones for about $180 that also save you money and still flush properly) low flow shower heads, etc.

Also, the dishwasher will not drain unless you go under the thing and flush the lever by hand.

I've been told you can flush them down the toilet every couple of months and it may help the tank to break down solids.
