Have you seen any lenders becoming more flexible with STR/AIRBNB friendly with this route.

Additionally, the price point is still cheap enough to find the 1% rule and positive cash flow and it's super landlord friendly (so you will never have to go through a 12 month eviction or anything close to that!).

I try to be friendly everywhere I go to make friends and believe that building a network wouldn’t be too difficult for me but I don’t know what I don’t know.
